Memo Policy
1. Custom orders are not available for memo.
2. Customers are responsible for both the initial and return shipping charges.
3. All items sent on memo are invoiced. If you decide to keep the item no notification is needed.
4. Memos are for 5 days from date of invoice.
5. Merchandise must be received in original packaging and condition by our office by the 5th day, to avoid service charges.
